Why are Ethiopians at War with the Tigrayan People's Liberation Front (TPLF)- A conversation with H.E. Ambassador Alemtsehay Meseret, Ambassador of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia to Uganda and Burundi.

The African Youth Caucus Inc in partnership with the Embassy of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia in Uganda held a virtual dialogue on Tuesday December 21, 2021 from 3pm to 5pm. (East African Time). The dialogue highlighted the following:

1. The origins of the war against TPLF and the socioeconomic impact of the war in Ethiopia.

2. The global media discourse towards the war, particularly the biased Media reporting from the international media organisations.

3. The influence of the western world especially that of US on the Ethiopian government. 4. The role of the youth, #NoMore Movement, Pan Africanism in Africa in supporting the efforts towards an end to the Tigray Conflict.
